Tilt meter, tilt angle detector "CM-961A": Makome Laboratory, MEMS

The inclinometer "CM-961A" is an inclination sensor that uses a MEMS accelerometer. It features a metal case, making it durable, and has a protection structure of IP-67.

The inclinometer detects using a MEMS accelerometer (MEMS: Micro-Electro-Mechanical Systems). Additionally, due to the use of a metal case, it is designed to have shock resistance and vibration resistance. It is compact (compared to our products). The output is available in two types: voltage output type 1-5V and current output type 4-20mA. As an additional feature, a switch function is provided, allowing for transistor output at any desired incline position (specified at the time of order). It has a function to correct installation errors, enabling correction to 0° within a range of ±1°. There is a YouTube video available. Within the CM-900 series, there is also the "CM-936," which outputs a rotation angle of 360° linearly. It outputs the rotation angle of 0-360° as voltage DC 1-5V or current 4-20mA (specified at the time of order). For more details, please search for "CM-936" on the Ipros site. *For more information, please contact us or download the PDF materials.

Inclinometer, tilt angle detector "CA-910", tilt sensor, suitable for construction machinery.

The "CA-910" is a robust servo-type tilt angle detector that uses Makome Laboratory's original high-precision magnetic sensor. It is ideal for construction machinery!

The tilt angle detector is detected with high precision by our unique magnetic sensor. Originally developed for construction machinery (impact pile drivers), it is robust. The pendulum is supported by bearings, providing a design that is resistant to shock and vibration. By controlling the position of the pendulum with a servo circuit, stable output can be achieved. Vertical output (detection) Anyway, it's durable! Please consult us about waterproof measures.
